3 years ago, I knew Mike Toni by Alibaba, we worked from an small hard enamel pin order, our factory price was higher than his previous suppliers,  but he still tried to work with us for this order because he got bag quality from his original supplier (as you see by pictures),it’s been 3 years since we have the first nice cooperation.

He came to our factory last month, and to our surprise, he said that our price was relatively low, when we had a meal. We were confused about his saying, then he explained: “Your price is higher than other suppliers,  but I made profit during these three  years cooperation with you guys. Nice order, and everything goes well, and I also could keep a nice mood. Though my lowpriced suppliers helped me to get many orders before, there were also many problems in their products delivery and quality.

Almost everyday during cooperation with them, I was busy reconciling the problems between the suppliers and customers. Many complaints from my customers, as well as many compensation are waiting for me, so there would not benefits to speak of .”
